What we keep
The photo you upload, the portraits and the 3D dearling we build from it, and the words you write on the gift page: the pet name, who it is for, who it is from, and your message.
We also keep the email address you give at checkout, because it is where your gift link is sent, and a record of the order itself.
We do not ask for an address, because nothing ships. We do not run accounts, so there is no password and no order history to log into. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us.
All of it is stored with Supabase, in their European region: the order records in a Postgres database, the photo and the built files in their storage.
Your photo goes through AI models
The dearling is generated by AI. Your photo goes to Google, whose Gemini model draws the portraits, and to Meshy, whose model builds the 3D from them. It is processed there to make your dearling and for nothing else.
Nothing is sculpted or drawn by a person. Both run on their paid business terms, where what we send is processed to answer our request, and we do not send your photo anywhere else.
The other companies in the chain
Paddle is our payment provider and the merchant of record. They take the payment, hold your card details, and issue the receipt and the VAT invoice, under their own privacy policy.
Resend sends the two emails an order produces: one when the build starts, one with your gift links when it is ready.
Vercel hosts the site and counts page views for us, without cookies. We also count a handful of moments, such as a gift being opened, with the occasion type attached and nothing else. Never a name, a message, a gift code or a link.
One more, on the recipient side: when they press Place in your room on an Android phone, the model file is handed to Google’s AR viewer, which is part of the phone. On an iPhone the same job is done by Apple’s. Neither of them gets your photo or your message.
That is the whole list. Nobody else receives anything.
The gift page is public to anyone holding the link
A gift page lives at an unguessable address and is not listed or indexed, but there is no password on it. Anyone your recipient forwards the link to can open it, so write the message with that in mind.
The screen where you send the gift is separate and needs a second key that only you get, so a recipient can never land on your sending tools.
How long anything is kept
We delete the original photo ninety days after your dearling is delivered. The dearling and the gift page stay up for as long as we run the service, which we do not put a number on, because we cannot honestly promise one.
If you want any of it gone sooner, ask and we remove it, including the gift page.
Photos of people
This product is for animals. Please do not upload photos of people. We do not make figures of real people, and if someone is in the background of a pet photo we work from the pet.
Trackers and email
We set no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, we do not sell your data, and we do not sell or hand it to anyone for their own use.
You get two emails per order and no others: one that says the build has started, one that carries your gift links. There is no marketing list, no newsletter and nothing to unsubscribe from. Paddle separately sends you the receipt for the payment.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete all of it including the gift page. We do it within thirty days of being asked, and sooner if we can.
A support address is being set up and will be printed here when it is live. Until then this is a gap, and we would rather say so than print an address nobody is reading.
These pages are written in plain English on purpose, and they are new. If anything here reads as unclear, or as unfair to you, tell us and we will change the wording.
